I'm Jason — a run coach and lifelong ultra runner. I've spent decades on start lines all over the world, from local road races to alpine hundreds, learning what actually works when the plan meets real life.

Training history, injuries, life load, race calendar, testing data. The full picture before a single session is written.

Personalised plan

Your first block, hand-built for the next 4 weeks. Delivered in TrainingPeaks with clear intent behind every session.

Weekly coaching

I rewrite the plan every week based on your data and how you're feeling. Voice memos, calls, message threads.

Race day

Pacing plan, fueling plan, kit list, mental cues. Then we debrief, and start building toward the next one.
